Refunds and cancellation
If you change your mind about a page pack, you can have your money back. Last updated 23rd September 2026.
Our 14-day refund promise
Ask within 14 days of buying a page pack and we will refund it in full, even if you have used some or all of its pages. You do not need to give a reason, although it helps us to know what went wrong. When a page pack is refunded, its unlock code stops working.
Pages taken for a conversion that did not work
If pages are taken for a statement that did not convert properly, tell us at any time while the pack is valid and we will put the pages back. This is in addition to the refund promise.
How to ask
Email contact@statementtoexcel.co.uk with the email address you paid with. You can also ask Onelink's support team, through the details in your receipt. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
Your legal right to cancel
Consumers usually have a legal right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days. When you buy a page pack, you expressly consent to it being supplied straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose that legal right when supply begins. Our separate 14-day refund promise above still applies, even if you have used pages.
Your other legal rights
This promise does not affect your legal rights. If a page pack is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 whenever you bought it.
